I have been working in human resources for several years. After a degree in Communication Sciences and a specialization in Neurolinguistic Programming, I began my career in training, dealing with the planning and classroom delivery of funded courses. Continuous learning opportunities help employees develop new skills and improve existing ones, making them feel more competent and confident in their roles. 2. Investing in employee development shows that the organization cares about their growth, reducing turnover and increasing loyalty.
I Would Recommend Studying A Lot, Always Keeping Up To Date On New Tools And New Trends And Then, Obviously, Doing This Job With Passion Because It Is The Only Way To Do It Well
To ensure training and development programs drive real impact, organizations must ensure that training programs are aligned with the company’s strategic goals and objectives, so employees understand how their development contributes to the organization’s success. It’s also important to personalize the learning program, in order to increase engagement and motivation.
Finally, we measure the impact with 3 tools: 1. final learning tests: where foreseen, in paper form or through the e-learning platform, these tests allow the skills learned during the training to be measured. 2. Checks of managers: meetings are scheduled during the year for discussions, observation of assigned activities and identification of behaviors. In case of deviations between expected results and actual results, action is taken through immediate feedback, corrective training interventions in the field, or periods of coaching and tutoring are defined, also aimed at allowing timely intervention with actions, examples and improvement methods. 3. Customer survey: the questionnaire that measures the level of customer satisfaction is a fundamental tool for us to confirm the structure of the training plan or implement changes.

In recent years, talent acquisition has changed a lot: candidates have a greater awareness of their skills and how much they are valued in the world of work. Furthermore, they also give importance to other factors such as work-life balance, both in terms of the percentage of smart working and by evaluating the distance between the workplace and one’s home. We improve and study strategies for attracting top talent. We use different channels for recruiting: from events to contacts with business schools, from advertisements on LinkedIn to collaboration with headhunters. Much depends on the characteristics of the profile searched for. We also work every day for a better company branding, to attract talents. Moreover, we have a smooth and engaging recruitment process: we communicate clearly and promptly with candidates, provide feedback and make the application process user-friendly.
