We improve and study strategies for attracting top talent. We use different channels for recruiting: from events to contacts with business schools, from advertisements on LinkedIn to collaboration with headhunters. Much depends on the characteristics of the profile searched for. We also work every day for a better company branding, to attract talents. Moreover, we have a smooth and engaging recruitment process: we communicate clearly and promptly with candidates, provide feedback and make the application process user-friendly.I would recommend studying a lot, always keeping up to date on new tools and new trends and then, obviously, doing this job with passion because it is the only way to do it well. I WOULD RECOMMEND STUDYING A LOT, ALWAYS KEEPING UP TO DATE ON NEW TOOLS AND NEW TRENDS AND THEN, OBVIOUSLY, DOING THIS JOB WITH PASSION BECAUSE IT IS THE ONLY WAY TO DO IT WELL
